We provide a written quote before any work starts. For straightforward jobs like aerator replacement or drain clearing, pricing follows our published rates. For renovation setups, we do a short site visit or ask for photos to give an accurate figure. Nothing proceeds without your approval.

How soon can you come?

For standard service jobs, we typically have availability within 2–3 working days. If your situation is more urgent, let us know and we'll check what slots are open. Renovation plumbing is scheduled around your contractor's timeline.

Do you service areas outside Petaling Jaya?

What does the bathroom drain service cover exactly?
